About Me

Hey everyone! My name is Rich.

Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and U.S. Marine

I have been active my whole life.  From hunting, fishing and playing basketball as a kid, to working construction as a teenager, to becoming an officer in the Marine Corps, and currently training in martial arts, my life has always been centered around physical activity.  However, as I got older, my fascination with nutrition grew.  While many people diet for short term success, I became obsessed with developing a way to help people not only lose weight, but develop a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

As a United States Marine, I learned what it takes to train at the highest levels in both duration and intensity.  The Marine Corps taught me discipline and teamwork.  I quickly learned that these two variables are essential for success in any endeavor in life, including health and fitness.  As your coach, I will help you establish daily training and eating habits that will help you progress towards your goals.  Unlike many other programs, I will serve as your daily accountability partner and when life happens (and it will!), I will help you get back on track.  We will accomplish your goals together as a team!
